So I found out late last year that I have been put on debt review, how? Beats me. I then contacted the NCR who gave me the name or firm of the debt counselor which is the money, I had two accounts under my name which were paid in full. I contacted the money clinic to find out who put me on debt review when I'm clearly not over indebted and I was told my account with them( which I have no knowledge of) has lapsed due non payment, I requested a copy of signed contract, I mean if you're gonna complicate my life like there must be some sort of paper trail right? Well no prizes for guessing the outcome of that conversation. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone told they bought leads from someone else. Mr. MONEY CLINIC, I'M STILL WAITING FOR YOUR CALL 2 YEARS LATER AND STILL ON SOMETHING I HAVE NEVER SIGNED UP FOR???

Do not use The Money Clinic for Debt Review
Do not use this debt counseling company. In 2020 I paid to go under debt review and the agreements were made with my creditors to pay the reduced amount every month. After recently checking on my credit score I see that I am not listed as under debt review. I paid The Money Clinic to go under debt review and they only did half a job and did not set it out in court. This means that if you ever get into distress financially while under debt review you are not protected and your creditors can take legal proceedings against you. If you are legally under debt review they cannot do this. Alan does not answer his messages or calls and will try and fob you off that he is not receiving them even though I email to the email address listed and also send messages to him on FB messenger and SMS. I have asked him for the paperwork to show that my debt review was set down in court and he will not respond. It's disgusting that he treats people like this when they are at their most vulnerable in life. Beware!!!!

I would like to thank mr Alan from money clinic for the outstanding work that he has done for me,I was hopeless and never thought my name would ever be removed from debt review even after paying off my debts but because of him within 7 days of issuing a clearance certificate. I'm free as he had promised. Thank you so much Sir
