Good day I am writing to express my strong disappointment at telkom, in August 2024 they debited more than the initial agreement. I called they promised to resolve the matter but to my suprise this month they debited more that last month and when I call again they say they are sorry and that at this moment there is nothing that they can do to assist and that the matter will be resolved the day they know how and that they don't have a turn around date or time when that would be. I am drained financially and they seem to not care because i took the package that I would afford and now they are cleaning my pockets without my consent I am frustrated because even if I decide to reverse the money they will say I skipped the payment Izinja lezi
I purchased a car in audi mbombela early last year, it's a used car they sent me pictures and everything was in tact, then day before delivery of the vehicle the then saleman mr Werner called me to notify that the car sticker the one that describes the model of the car had fallen off and promised to fix it and told me it was gonna take e months as they are ordering from France, after 3 months he told me stories it was no longer France he sad he went and ordered stickers and promised to deliver which he did, i was not happy with the product as it was made out of rubber not ***** as the original, i sent it back and never had from him ever since, then later decided to follow up with the manager Mr Hennie Potgieter who told me the salesman had resigned and that hd will fix it and order thd stickers, he decided to order **** ones as well and has promised to send via courier it's been weeks he keeps on telling me stories and when I ask why is he not ordering the original jst like the other opel grandland he said it was expensive about R4000 rands. I wanna know who's fault is it that the sticker fell while the car was still at the dealership and why did they lie and promised to fix knowing very well they were making a fool out of me, it's been a year since I bought the car but the matter is still unresolved. Hi.i bought a car in October 2021 and I am being financed by standard bank.ever since I have never received a statement ,they have have never debited their money as per agreement. I always have to make cash payments and ask again if they have received a payment. They never send any acknowledgement of payment.they dont communicate with me at all.instead they keep telling me that they are sorry every month and that the matter will be resolved but everytime when I call them they say there is nothing on the system that says i have requested them to debit their money.i am worried that they are giving me bad financial record and I now dont have a clue on what I should do to solve my problem. I have been trying to upgrade telephonically/online as usual from mtn they are telling me that I'm no longer with mtn but some company called ilula. Hi,I have agreed with MFC to debit their money on the 15th of every month now last month on the 15th of may 2019 they didn't deduct as we were making arrangements for the balloon payment .we then agreed that they would start debiting from the 15th of June for the months that I have requested .then on the 30th they debited money without my consent unfortunately there was nothing on my account I sent an email to rectify that .they replied and made amends after two days I received a call from a rude consultant claiming that I'm in arrears. I tried to explain she wouldn't listen this month they debited twice I would like to understand why.Thanks
