I purchased a car in audi mbombela early last year, it's a used car they sent me pictures and everything was in tact, then day before delivery of the vehicle the then saleman mr Werner called me to notify that the car sticker the one that describes the model of the car had fallen off and promised to fix it and told me it was gonna take e months as they are ordering from France, after 3 months he told me stories it was no longer France he sad he went and ordered stickers and promised to deliver which he did, i was not happy with the product as it was made out of rubber not ***** as the original, i sent it back and never had from him ever since, then later decided to follow up with the manager Mr Hennie Potgieter who told me the salesman had resigned and that hd will fix it and order thd stickers, he decided to order **** ones as well and has promised to send via courier it's been weeks he keeps on telling me stories and when I ask why is he not ordering the original jst like the other opel grandland he said it was expensive about R4000 rands. I wanna know who's fault is it that the sticker fell while the car was still at the dealership and why did they lie and promised to fix knowing very well they were making a fool out of me, it's been a year since I bought the car but the matter is still unresolved. I regret doing business with AUDI Mbombela

I was disappointed to learn that “On the road fees” is illegal. I recently had a car financed by a bank. The deal structured by the salesman had a Delivery fee of 5400 rands even though I drove the car myself from the dealership. The car salesman promised he would prepare my car for Anti smash and grab but denied having promised when I enquired about it. I feel I have been treated unfairly and I would like Audi head office to intervene and sort this out before I take it to the ombudsman. There’s been cases already with BMW and VW with the NCR.

Well deserved 5 star for this dealership for the outstanding service, I felt like I was given full attention as if i am the only client. I felt like VVIP. I would like to thank Aletia for her outstanding customer service, patience, transparency and honesty. She gave me all the details about a car and guided me throughout the process. Buying a car out of my province was never an option I thought of before but after first call from Aletia responding to my vehicle inquiry I was convinced enough that I will buy my car from her. I would also like to thank Isabella for appealing deal she got for me from the bank. Well delivered team work. Keep it up.

We had the best experience purchasing a pre owned vehicle with Audi Mbombela. Aletia Van Rooyen made sure the deal this was a smooth transaction even in these trying times of Covid-19. I wouldn't hesitate refering my friends and family to Aletia and Audi Mbombela as a whole.

My vehicle went in for a service on 7 July, I was assisted by FORTUNATE, a new service adviser and her service was fantastic, she kept in touch constantly throughout the day. Thank you so much!
