I was disappointed to learn that “On the road fees” is illegal. I recently had a car financed by a bank. The deal structured by the salesman had a Delivery fee of 5400 rands even though I drove the car myself from the dealership. The car salesman promised he would prepare my car for Anti smash and grab but denied having promised when I enquired about it. I feel I have been treated unfairly and I would like Audi head office to intervene and sort this out before I take it to the ombudsman. There’s been cases already with BMW and VW with the NCR.
I ordered a book on the 11 August. Paid on the same day. I received an invoice with not contact details or tracking number. I need this book for my research studies. Do not use bookabook please you will give yourself unnecessary heartache. Today it’s the 17 Sept and still no book. They claim to be a legitimate company but this reeks of a SCAM!!! I will take further steps if my book is not delivered soon.
My fiancé had her iPhone XS screen replaced from this establishment, WeFix Mall of Africa. The phone was fitted with a new screen and we were impressed with the service. A week later, my fiancé dropped the phone from a very short distance from the floor. The phone landed on the carpet but to our surprise the screen had two small cracks. Even though the phone was in a protective case and a screen guard was fitted, the screen cracked without affecting the screen guard. Within minutes the screen had ink becoming difficult to use the phone. And now it is completely black with ink. With all this said, either the screen wasn’t fitted properly or most likely the screen used was of very very very low quality. We feel cheated because we paid close to 4K. Please if you don’t want disappointments do not get your screen replaced by WEFIX.
