TERRIBLE. Not adhering to Rules & Turnaround times/ No Response

Deeply disappointed in Mongrey Properties, Managing agent of our Body Corporate. Complex unit owners requested 2 be notified of Trustee meeting- supposed to receive it within 7 days. Never did.

Requested numerous times to get the minutes- still didn’t. Asked info, over the phone- owner, Monica, promised 2 provide within few days, but didn’t. Also doesn’t reply to emails. Say they are registered with PPRA- Why not then do what is required?

She allowed for funds to be paid out of the BC account - in direct contradiction with a vote (as per CSOS finding) AGM Nov 2020. Matter was then closed. (Vote 15 to 5 in favour of BC Not 2 pay claims of former trustees for their CCMA appearance as the dismissal was unfair & they should Not have been at the CCMA in the 1st place. Trustees should still adhere 2 the law)

This matter was just reopened (AGM Nov.2022) without prior notice to owners or valid reason. She was notified about this & asked to stop that payment - she didn’t
