Deeply disappointed in Mongrey Properties, Managing agent of our Body Corporate. Complex unit owners requested 2 be notified of Trustee meeting- supposed to receive it within 7 days. Never did. Requested numerous times to get the minutes- still didn’t. Asked info, over the phone- owner, Monica, promised 2 provide within few days, but didn’t. Also doesn’t reply to emails. Say they are registered with PPRA- Why not then do what is required? She allowed for funds to be paid out of the BC account - in direct contradiction with a vote (as per CSOS finding) AGM Nov 2020. Matter was then closed. (Vote 15 to 5 in favour of BC Not 2 pay claims of former trustees for their CCMA appearance as the dismissal was unfair & they should Not have been at the CCMA in the 1st place. Trustees should still adhere 2 the law) This matter was just reopened (AGM Nov.2022) without prior notice to owners or valid reason. She was notified about this & asked to stop that payment - she didn’t
I was at Sportsmans Warehouse on the 6th. I was looking at energy drinks and tablets. About 6 items did not have prices on it. I had to take one by one to the till as I realized when I got back to the shelf that the next one I checked also did not have a price on it and later I took a few at a time to the till to ask them to check the price. You are called the store Manager - behave like it - do your job - manage your store!!!! Find out how it's done (although you should know if you are in that position) or quit and take on an easier job you can hopefully handle. There should be prices on the shelves!! Customers should not have to be inconvenienced by having to take the items to the till to check the price. There were people just standing around in the store at that time so it wasn't busy - there was time to mark the items.
On 5th of April I purchased Two minute noodles amongst other things. The price on the shelf stated R15 for a pack of 5. Out of habit I always calculate - add up in my mind, everything I buy. My calculation is never out / maybe only with R1 or R2 max, unless prices were marked incorrectly. I noticed at the till that now all of a sudden I'm charged more that what I calculated. When I got home I noticed they charged me R22 for the Noodles instead of R6 / R7 less.<br> Not a lot of money, I know but it's the principle and for that amount I could buy myself an extra chocolate! I don't like to be cheated and that is how I feel about this. If the price is R22 - mark it as such!! It's more expensive that at Pick n Pay and Game - then I would rather have purchased it there but because it stated R15 I decided to buy it at Checkers. If you cannot manage a store please ask for a transfer to an easier job or go for some training on how to ensure your staff update prices on the shelves that it correlates with the price at the till. Such bad management is very disappointing - we expect better!<br>
It's scary 2 know that people working with your money don't even know the difference between 48 & 147. I asked years ago 2 receive my credit card statements via post. Now they just email it to me, but worst of all when I tried 2 open the statement it required a password which I could not just choose/create & with NO explanation as 2 where & how I can obtain it. <br> <br> I replied 2 this email (17th March at 9:13) with the question re the password. I got an automatic reply stating that I will be contacted within 48 hours. Ha-ha. It's now 147 hours and I'm still waiting. How am I supposed 2 view my statement 2 know what my minimum payment is if I cannot get a password 2 open it?? <br> <br> Please stop lying to clients by saying: \You are important to us..\" - if we are not, because if I was you would have done what u said !! And .... \"You will be contacted within the next 48 hours\" - and then still don't do so after 147. If I will only be contacted after 1000 hours or never - Please say so. <br> "
ABSA provided an email address to respond to & a tel nr. I can un4tunately not get thru to them from my blackberry phone when I call. When pressing the desired nr the voicemail prompts me to it does not accept it and only cont. 2 read the prompts to press numbers. So - I emailed explaining this (I don't have a problem getting thru 2 any other call centre via my cell ph) & asked them 2 reply or give me a call. This was on the 11th. To this day I only received an automatic email providing a ref. nr. & no further info. I sent another email on the 13th requesting a proper reply - not only a ref nr that means nothing or for them to call me. It's the 18th today and I still did not receive a proper reply or a telephone call. I sent the email again - a few times now - maybe it will now get the attention it should have on the 11th. How can something like this takes so long. Why provide the email address in an sms if you don't even bother to look at and respond to it. Come on - do your jobs or at least have the decency to reply and provide me with the proper email address if this one is the one that you choose to ignore????? Check your emails and reply!!!.
Got Repair centre nr,called, got thru 2 some1 who didn't know anything abt repairs. She gave me exact same nr & said to call this nr! I said it's Nr I just called - Why did not get thru to them?? I called & was told if I hand cell in & its damaged the warrantee will be voided ?! It could only be damaged cos it gave problems - thus: doesn't make sense. Was also told that if warranty is voided & I will there4 have 2 pay 2 get it fixed & decide not 2 accept quote, I will have 2 pay asesmnt fee. Since when does it work like that? Most places give quotes 4 free - even ones you never did business with be4. Now V wants to charge me 4 this & I'm a contract client for many years? What if I'm told its damaged, quote amount is extremely ridiculous, I cannot accept it & could get it fixed for cheaper elsewhere - I still have to pay around R170? This is nonsense! <br> I also got no service at Fourways Repair cntr. Called the 082-nr, got voicemail telling me 2 call the landline nr / leave messge. I did but also no answer. Left 2 messags though & hope 2 b called. I think the 1st prompt should say 2 leave a messge & not only the 3rd one and then you actually have to be called.<br>
