I have been waiting for my claim to be processed for a month now, and I am still waiting. The issue is that I have contacted and emailed every department, but they just don't bother to respond. I am at a point where I decided to go and use their account to buy a new phone and stop paying the account. Since they can't refund me the money I have paid over the years, I will use up the account balance and discontinue payments. As long as I won't need a good credit score in the future, I will just save that money and buy everything in cash. Just don't bother signing up for their Insurance when they try to convince you, for your own good, check reviews for other insurers, you will regret it. I am regretting now for signing up and paying my monthly instalments on time.
