Pathetic! I receive 4 units of electricity for R100!
These people are pathetic and rob people!!! We currently live in a complex named Greenfield Eco Estate, situated in Kelvin, Sandton. For the past year we have been asking for assistance with our electricity meter. When purchasing electricity for R100, we receive a total of 4 Units. I had contacted Eskom and they had stated that we are being overcharged. I had contacted Monolith, spoken to a guy by the name of Michael Gibson, who is an agent for the property, he is absolutely rude and had stated that if we are complaining, he will switch off the geyser and we must have a cold bath. He then stated that the trustees took it upon themselves to make a decision to pick up the rates to cover up costs for the estate.
We cannot be paying R100 for 4 Units of electricity!!! And we cannot be paying for recoverable costs!!!!!
