I am writing to inform you about a package I recently arranged for delivery to Building Number 7, Knight Frank, which was originally scheduled for February 23, 2025. Due to the public holiday, I had requested that Amazon reschedule the delivery for February 24, 2025. Unfortunately, it appears that this request was not followed, and the Amazon employee left the package with security. As this package was intended for my spouse, I am unable to identify the individual with whom it was left. Additionally, I reside in South Africa and am unable to contact Amazon directly for assistance. For the life of me I cannot understand why Telkom does not have MacBook on contract via their direct store or online. I really want to get a MacBook on contract as I am due for an upgrade but I cannot now cause Telkom direct does not have MacBooks. I can get it from Incredible connection or iStore, but I would have to pay penalty fees for early upgrade (which is literally one month before the initial upgrade date. Telkom direct allows me to upgrade without and penalty fees, but you guys do not have MacBooks. Is there anyway I could get assistance to waver that fee?! I would really appreciate it as I really need a laptop ASAP.
am writing to express my concerns regarding the delay in the payout of my provident fund. I initiated my claim in November 2024 and was informed during my first call that the processing was pending due to the need for a tax directive or documentation from SARS. On January 23rd or 24th, I followed up and was assured by a representative that the necessary documents had been received and that the payment would be processed by January 25th, 2025. However, as of February 13th, 2025, I have yet to receive the payment. On February 10th, I reached out for clarification and was informed that the tax directive had not been received. Upon calling again, I was told that there is a system error preventing the payment from being processed (a system development error!). I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter promptly, as it has caused considerable inconvenience. These people are pathetic and rob people!!! We currently live in a complex named Greenfield Eco Estate, situated in Kelvin, Sandton. For the past year we have been asking for assistance with our electricity meter. When purchasing electricity for R100, we receive a total of 4 Units. I had contacted Eskom and they had stated that we are being overcharged. I had contacted Monolith, spoken to a guy by the name of Michael Bezuidenhout, who is an agent for the property, he is absolutely rude and had stated that if we are complaining, he will switch off the geyser and we must have a cold bath. He then stated that the trustees took it upon themselves to make a decision to pick up the rates to cover up costs for the estate. We cannot be paying R100 for 4 Units of electricity!!! And we cannot be paying for recoverable costs!!!!!

Telkom keeps debiting my account mid-month. This happened a month before and I was told by the consultant that it had been an error on their end and it would be rectified and not reoccur. I had been debited on the 25th of June 2023 for the amount of R799 for my phone, but not for my data sim. Now Telkom has debited me on the 15th of July for my Data sim of which is only supposed to debited on the 25th of every month. They have not only debited me for the Sim, but ALSO for my phone! This is causing a negative effect on my credit score and this really ****ing me off! I want this to be sorted out! Telkom needs to reverse this and collect on the 25th of this month! And they also need to communicate with TransUnion and make sure my credit score is restored!
I had signed up for this pathetic service in July 2021. The service/company is now been taken over by Ituba, the alarm has not been active/working for the past 4 - 5 months. I had logged a call, still not assistance. I requested to cancel, they say that I am still under contract and my contract ends in 2024. My 2 years are up, I had requested to sign up for a 24 month contract, NOWHERE in my contract does it stipulate that I am under a 36 month contract. I want this useless service cancelled immediately.
Good Morning, I'd like to convey my dissatisfaction with the service I've received from Telkom. I had been told I would be billed prorated for the first month, which was not the case; instead, I had been debited in whole, therefore I had disputed that debit. Now I'm getting charged more than I should be. For example, on September 23rd, I was debited R1477.80 when my debit was intended to be R799 each month. Then, this morning, I get an email with a letter of demand for R1477.80, which has already been deducted from my account. The previous month I had been debited R1,018.20. Could someone please help me with this before I go legal? I desire to terminate my contract and return this phone; I will not pay any binding costs, nor will I be held liable for any breaches of the remaining contract. I'd prefer do business with a reputable network provider, such as Vodacom, than with you. If I do not hear from you by the end of tomorrow, you will be hearing from my attorneys.
I have resided at Park Square, in Klippoortjie for over a year. Within the year I had some horrible experiences whereby within the first few months, on the first time using the oven, the oven glass had shattered and the replaced. Upon complaining, the oven had been replaced. A few months after the toilet and bathroom had begun clogging, which left our carpets constantly damp. This went o for a few weeks, causing our kids to become ill due to the dampness in the room. A few months later it got to a point where we had to send our kids to Durban due to them falling ill constantly due to the conditions we lived in. Once again I had reported the issue, a plumber was sent to view the leakage, and after he had done all necessary tests, he had stated that there is a huge leakage that is causing the walls and carpet to become damp. He then opened the steel plating below the bath tub and placed newspaper to absorb the access water standing under the tub and said he will return to do another review - He had never returned thereafter. The room begun to smell and mould began to form in our wardrobe, the carpet was constantly damp. The mould had damaged everything , all personal belongings in our wardrobe. I had reported this issue to a lady by the same of Kyla Saunders, and she insists that it is not their issue that we continued living in those conditions... After moving out, they refuse to pay back the full deposit that is due to me and they refuse to reimburse me for all personal belongings that has bee damaged due to their ignorance. It is mid-month and we have not been paid our deposit and this is frustrating cause we really need our money for our daily lives. I require my deposit to be paid in full, before the end of this weekend - And I want my compensation for all my personal belongings that had been damaged. I will take this public, and my lawyers will get involved.
