HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I am absolutely appalled by the way they dealt with our booking. We booked a 4 sleeper and then wanted to secure a 7 sleeper as well. First of all, they can't assist me over the phone and always ask me to send an email. why? secondly, they took days to respond, as they claim that there emails was down, and that the admin person was off. My goodness, if the admin person is off, then get someone else to assist me. A whole week later and after calling 4 days in a row, I finally get a response to say that the 7 sleeper is not available.

The admin at this place is so bad. Thank you for spoiling my plans for my wife's bday weekend.
