I called on the 2nd of June to do an upgrade. Agent said instead of waiting 7 business days i might wait 10 business days because the phone i wanted is popular. I called after 10 business days and they said they were still out of stock. After calling numerous times they always said there was no stock. Nobody knew when they would get stock. I then called back the 24th June or so to change the cell phone. The agent advised me that the phone was in stock. Again after 7 business days when i called, the phone was out of stock. It's the 13th July and i still dont have my upgrade phone. Absolutely dissapointed in cell c
I am absolutely appalled by the way they dealt with our booking. We booked a 4 sleeper and then wanted to secure a 7 sleeper as well. First of all, they can't assist me over the phone and always ask me to send an email. why? secondly, they took days to respond, as they claim that there emails was down, and that the admin person was off. My goodness, if the admin person is off, then get someone else to assist me. A whole week later and after calling 4 days in a row, I finally get a response to say that the 7 sleeper is not available. The admin at this place is so bad. Thank you for spoiling my plans for my wife's bday weekend. PLEASE GUYS - DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND RATHER GO TO ANOTHER CAMP SITE
I bought a product mid December 2017. The delivery company came to my work with the product however I was not at work at that time. I can't understand why they wouldn't phone the day before or on the day to inform me that they coming. then after that i have heard absolutely nothing from sell direct nor from the delivery company. When will i receive my product. it's been a month now
