Bad time wasting and costly experience

<p>Visit 1: Mag was hopping and needed repair from pothole damage. They repaired within 1,5 hours (the damage was minor)</p> <p>Visit 2: Mag still not round. They tried again to get it right.</p> <p>Visit 3: Mag leaking air now. Hair line crack.  They welded it.</p> <p>Visit 4: Mag now hopping again exactly where they welded it. They tried to fix it. No more hopping, but now its shifting left to right.</p> <p>Visit 5: They said they can't fix it and i must buy a new mag. Told me it happens 50/50 of the time.</p> <p> </p> <p>I complained to the foreman (John) and owner (Mike). Frankly they dont care. Owner told me that no one in RSA could fix it.</p> <p>So in sum, huge amount of time. Seems like there is no engineer on their premises. The mag was better off before undergoing any of these repairs. There are now other damages, inclduing kinks along the mating surface of the outer section and where the tyre is meant to sit.</p> <p>Beware.</p> <p> </p>
