Fraud at Montecarlo Rims and Tires

I bought new 20” rims and tires from them, yes name is Jack. I put on the rims and felt a vibration, emailed them twice no answer for weeks. Got hold of Jack via phone, told him I am in Cape Town next week and will let the rims checked. They found out the rims not new and all damaged , I phoned Jack and the lying part started again, apparently he has no rims and needs to order, I was stuck in Cape Town for 2 weeks because they said it’s dangerous to drive with these rims. I found out that Jack had rims in the shop from day one I spoke to him, it was confirmed from another employee. It took them another 5 days to send new rims to CT. Rims arrived and 3 out of 4 damaged, apparently the currier company but you could see that was impossible. I still don’t have new rims and they stopped talking to me. This is a big warning, if you buy there you might face the same story they don’t care and specific Jack, owner knows the story but never contacted me to apologize, It cost me R34k for the faulty rims and about 20 k to stay and wait in Cape Town for 2 weeks listening to the lies of Montecarlo tires in Gauteng.
