Waiting now 3 month to get my money back, had to send the router back what I did and they still drew 999 from my credit card seems to be normal with them, contacted them 3 times now and very apologies and yes they will get back to me but nothing, if you go through the internet you will find many of my story , this is how they betray people so stay away and warn as many people as possible to not take their „ service „ which is bad in any case

just shocking and disappointing
it is a pity that I have no option to give minus stars. I have my money with them on a simple money market account since over 10 years, I am trying now since 7 weeks to transfer the money ( my money ) to my own account. If you write them an automatic email comes back and nothing else, after writing this email 5 times again someone answers and requesting , in my case updated passport wich I sent them immediately, but no response except an automatic email, trying this now few times again, someone is answering and requesting a bank account proof, wich I sent immediately as well and guess what? no reaction. I this a professional bank? it can’t be, I am afraid that I lost my money and will never get it back, so please be aware of Stanlib , it’s not worth to invest your money except you want to talk to automatic emails for month

bad service
I had to visit them 7 times for a quotation, the 7th time was informing the owner of the company about their bad service, but it seems like it won’t make any difference to who you talk , service stays the same . My advise , find a company who is appreciating costumers and they couple in George who work that way . ISM is a company I wouldn’t recommend and I had this twice

stay away from Webafrica
most shocking service, if there would be minus stars I would give them - 5. They drawing different amounts from my credit card every month, so please do not give them your details. But better is to find another company which works profesional. I am having 8 open tickets with them and they just ignore you. Big warning

Fraud at Montecarlo Rims and Tires
I bought new 20” rims and tires from them, yes name is Jack. I put on the rims and felt a vibration, emailed them twice no answer for weeks. Got hold of Jack via phone, told him I am in Cape Town next week and will let the rims checked. They found out the rims not new and all damaged , I phoned Jack and the lying part started again, apparently he has no rims and needs to order, I was stuck in Cape Town for 2 weeks because they said it’s dangerous to drive with these rims. I found out that Jack had rims in the shop from day one I spoke to him, it was confirmed from another employee. It took them another 5 days to send new rims to CT. Rims arrived and 3 out of 4 damaged, apparently the currier company but you could see that was impossible. I still don’t have new rims and they stopped talking to me. This is a big warning, if you buy there you might face the same story they don’t care and specific Jack, owner knows the story but never contacted me to apologize, It cost me R34k for the faulty rims and about 20 k to stay and wait in Cape Town for 2 weeks listening to the lies of Montecarlo tires in Gauteng.

Fraud Plexus 620 Quantum Scanner
<p>I bought the Plexus 620 Quantum Scanner from Heinrich his company is called now Art of Health and the name before was Andara, I am wondering why. I was under the impression the device is fully functional and does what Heinrich promised. I had in Jan 2017 double-sided pneumonia which I just survived. When I came</p> <p>out of the hospital, I tested myself with Heinrich`s scanner. The device reported that I was the healthiest person on the planet. At that stage, I was so weak that I could only talk 2 minutes to my daughter and needed a half an hour break for the next two minutes. Most of the results were very positive with Heinrich`s</p> <p>Plexus 620. I informed Heinrich, but he was not interested in talking to me. He sold his non-functional device</p> <p>and this was his target. I had to send the machine to him, so it cost my money. After weeks not hearing anything from him I contacted him again, but no signs or any communication attempts from his side.</p> <p>This is the service he his providing. I am very disappointed with his service and selling devices they are not working. A week ago I received this non-working device back with no comment. do not sign a contract no money back
In May 2014 I was contacted by George Poolmann.He came to my house and told me that I can make 40 % profite when I am using the software and information provided. He said I can cancel anytime the contract and get a full refund back on the software and monthly payments if I am not happy.The technician came 3 weeks after I paid,came with an illegal microsoft version and installed it.The software is not up to standard and it did not work on my system, kept informing them, but no reaction.Went to their office in George and tried to cancel the contract,but Mrs. Poolmann told me that another man tried to make \problems"and haven't had success with it and I am more than welcom to go to a lawyer. I wrote the head office about 20 mails"
