<p>They replace my geyser 3 weeks ago. After installing the new one they had to come back the same day to switch on a "switch" on the geyser as the water wasn't heating. WOW great quality control. Now today 9/6/2016 (3 weeks) down the line I don't have hot water again. I phone at 7:30 am the lady says "I'll come back to you". Still waiting and outsurance are no much better same story.</p>
