Absolute Bad Service.
We ordered an item 3 weeks ago and every time you follow up they say they don't have stock. This is not the first time this has happened. This is company is so useless they may as well close it down!!!!

unacceptable service
<p>They replace my geyser 3 weeks ago. After installing the new one they had to come back the same day to switch on a "switch" on the geyser as the water wasn't heating. WOW great quality control. Now today 9/6/2016 (3 weeks) down the line I don't have hot water again. I phone at 7:30 am the lady says "I'll come back to you". Still waiting and outsurance are no much better same story.</p>
