This is the Most disgusting experience EVER. "" "" WARNING""". DON'T USE HIM"". I AM A 60 YEAR OLD WOMAN, AND DAVE HAASBROEK VERBALLY ABUSED ME AND EVEN STUCK ME IN MY RIBS WITH HIS ELBOW" "". I HAVE OPENED AN ABUSE CASE AGAINST ABUSE AGAINST WOMAN AT THE SA POLICE ". NO MAN SHOULD TREAT ANY WOMAN THAT WAY, ESPECIALLY AS A RESULT OF HIS UNDERHANDED DEALINGS WITH MY BROKER AS WELL. The owner Dave Haasbroek from Monument Panelbeaters 0105952090 Verbally abused me, screamed at me and poked his elbow into my side. He is a young, arrogant Afrikaaner, and I am a 60 year Afrikaans lady, he abused me and caused bodily harm to me, was ********* an biased. I opened a police case of abuse against him. Do not use these people. There are 100's of other upstanding ethical Panelbeaters in the area, that can be trusted and whom are respectable. This business does not deserve your or my money, just to ensure, we as Insurance paying clients, are sought to be embezzled while Monument Panelbeaters are enriched with our insurance pay outs. The damage on our vehicle IS FROM THE ACCIDENT. NOW, AS A RESULT OF HIM AND OUR BROKER, JENNY VENTER, THE DAMAGE TO THE CARD, WHICH ARE LEGITIMATELY FROM THE ACCIDENT, ARE NOW BEING RE-INVESTIGATED. THE CAR IS INSURED BY BRYTE INSURANCE LTD, PATHETIC AS WELL. CAR HAS BEEN STANDING AT MONUMENT PANELBEATERS FROM 23 OCTOBER 2025 IT IS NOW THE 18TH OF JANUARY 2026. OUR CAR IS STILL NOT DONE DUE TO THESE THREE INSTITUTIONS. PATHETIC. 1stly, he sprayed our car, a Landrover, and residue got onto the bonnet and DAVE FROM MONUMENT PANELBEATERS, left it in such a pathetic state. Then after reporting him to our insurance company, and eventually, on arrival with the assessor, Dave Haasbroek had decided to fix the bonnet after numerous discussions with him and my husband. The worst was, and why we got into an argument, was that him and our broker, went outside of his workshop, while me and my husband were in the workshop, and the comment made (which fortunately was overheard) was that the damage to the one part of our car, was, according to them, not from the accident. He and the broker, took a stance against us, even though we are supposedly their client, and they were supposed to have our best interests at heart, but obviously they don't, which I now know and warn all of you out there, as we pay our broker and Dave gets given the work from our policy, but it VERY SIMPLY APPEARS THAT MONUMENT PANELBEATERS, BRYTE INSURANCE AND JENNY VENTER (OUR BROKER) ALL THREE WORK HAND IN HAND TO!!!!! ENSURE!!!!! , behind our backs, THAT CLAIMS ARE NOT PAID OUT AND ANY OR ANYTHING, CAN BE FOUND AS AN EXCUSE, SO THAT THEY DON'T NEED TO PAY OUR CLAIMS. !!!!!! DON'T USE ANY OF THEM!!!!!! AFTER DAVE AND JENNY'S INTERFERENCE AND DAVE'S VERBAL AND PHYSICAL ABUSE TO ME, The assessor from BRYTE INSURANCE, ONCE AGAIN, AFTER ALREADY ALMOST 3 MONTHS NOW, THAT THE CAR D IS AT THE PANELBEATERS AND BEING DECLINED FOR REPAIRS, BAD WORKMANSHIP, THE ABUSE CASE AGAINST DAVE HAASBROEK!!!! to ensure our claim was complicated OUR CAR IS STILL NOT BACK. WE HAVE NO CAR TO USE. WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE ARE THESE AND WHY CAN THEY GET AWAY WITH THIS!!!!!!
