MOST SCARY EXPERIENCE AT MONUMENT PANELBEATERS PTY LTD 21st January 2026 MONUMENT PANELBEATERS DAVE HAASBROEK!! THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST MEAN MEN I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!! IN MY OPINION, "" "UNPROFESSIONAL AND WAS THREATENING TO ME, A 60 YEAR OLD WOMAN SUFFERING FROM EPILEPSY" I am a 60 years old woman. Our Car was in an accident in November 2025, and was towed to Monument Panelbeaters. They did work on the car and in the process the bonnet of the car somehow, when He had finished the damaged side of the car, the car had a yellow large circle on the Bonnet. Dave Haasbroek said it happened due to the car being polished The Panelbeaters closed on the 19th Dec, AND DUE TO THE BAD WORKMANSHIP we had to wait till January for them to open before they could fix the bonnet. Then in January when we went to fetch the car, the left hand side of the car, which was the door and the left back Tyre Rim, was not repaired. Dave Haasbroek and our insurance Broker, said that the car was that way before the accident, when we knew it was not. How they determined that, only they knew. We were honest and told them the truth and they were determined to make ****s out of us and insult and belittle us in front of so many people. True deformation of character. So we were not happy and I was rather infuriated. To make matters worse, Dave Haasbroek and our insurance broker, left myself, my husband and one of our friends, alone in the workshop and rudely went outside and began discussing, between themselves. I was at this stage fuming. The one gentlemen with us, overheard them stating, in blasphemous terms, that our car was under no circumstances, damaged in the accident, When he told me this, and due to my 12 year struggle with severe epilepsy and emotional instability, I raised my voice to my broker when they walked in. I raised my voice at her and said it was not acceptable that she, whom is supposed to take our best interests to heart, goes behind our backs, and makes us to be ****s, to look dishonest and appear ********* people, with Dave Haasbroek. BUT IT SEEMED TO ME ANOTHER THREAT OF GREAVIOUS BODILY HARM AGAINST ME, A 60 YEAR OLD WOMAN, AND I EVEN RECORDED IT. (SO I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE OFFICER AGAIN, AND THEY TOLD ME TO IMMEDIATELY LEAVE THE SITE) SO THE SHORT AND SWEET, BRYTE INSURANCE, DESPITE THE EVIDENCE FROM THE TOWING TRUCK THAT IS IN THEIR POSSESSION , WHO FETCHED OUR CAR FROM THE ACCIDENT SCENE, WHO SAID AND GAVE A DRAWING REPORT, THAT OUR CAR WAS NOT DAMAGED WHEN HE ARRIVED TO TOW IT AWAY ON THE LEFT HAND SIDE, WHICH IS THE DISPUTE THAT HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR 3 MONTHS NOW, , THEY BLATANTLY DID NOT CONSIDER THESE FACTS AND THEY HAVE TO TAKE THE BLAME FOR THE DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE, AS IT HAS NOW BEEN PROVEN THAT OUR VEHICLE WAS DAMAGED FROM THE TIME THAT THE TOW TRUCK WAS LEFT TO LOAD THE CAR AND GET THE TRUCK TO MONUMENT PANELBEATERS. SO FROM THE TIME THE CAR WAS HANDED OVER TO THE TOWING COMPANY TO MONUMENT PANELBEATERS, THE CAR WAS DAMAGED. HOW? WE AS THE INNOCENT PARTIES, CANNOT SAY, BUT YET, BRYTE INSURANCE, OUR BROKER AND MONUMENT PANELBEATERS, CONSTRUED BEHIND OUR BACKS, THAT WE WERE LYING AND MADE US APPEAR ********* DESPITE THE FACT THAT PROOF OF THE CONDITION REPORT, OF THE VEHICLE, AT THE SCENE OF THE ACCIDENT, PROOVES THE LEFT SIDE OF THE CAR WAS NOT DAMAGED, AND THEY REFUSED TO REPAIR OUR CAR. AFTER DAVE AND JENNY'S INTERFERENCE AND DAVE'S VERBAL AND PHYSICAL ABUSE TO ME, The assessor from BRYTE INSURANCE, ONCE AGAIN, AFTER ALREADY ALMOST 3 MONTHS NOW, THAT THE CAR D IS AT THE PANELBEATERS AND BEING DECLINED FOR REPAIRS, BAD WORKMANSHIP, THE ABUSE CASE AGAINST DAVE HAASBROEK!!!! to ensure our claim was complicated OUR CAR IS STILL NOT BACK. WE HAVE NO CAR TO USE. WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE ARE THESE AND WHY CAN THEY GET AWAY WITH THIS!!!!!!
I still haven't heard grom them my car still hasny got a Bild licence I bought the car in June 2025 from them and cannot get a licence due to their pathetic administration. They tell me they cannot understand it and that's all No feedback, no effort. NOTHING!!!!

They still didn't give me my discount back as requested and still got the robot to irritate me
They always deceive me. They won't speak to me when I have a problem. They irritate me me with a robot so that I give up. I have spent THOUSANDS OF RANDS WITH THEM and yet they still treat me as if I'm a worthless person. Clients don't matter to them. They only care about making money. They offer a special and I accidently pressed an incorrect button and they removed my special and when I tried to get it back they put me on hold, which I am currently still holding to talk to a human, for since 12. 41pm it is now 13.28pm. They are so greedy to take money from us consumers and after being a loyal buyer and spending THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS WITH THEM, THEY TREAT ME LIKE A PIECE OF DIRT!!!! DON'T BUY FROM THEM. THEIR FREE GIFTS IS A ****. YOU HAVE TO BUY UP TO R3 000.00 TO GET THEM. JUST ANOTHER TACTIC. I AM NOT WILLING TO CONTINUE.
