Disappointing Experience with Poor Service

So I visited Mood Century for the third time expecting a relaxing, professional manicure, but I left extremely disappointed. First off, the nail technician did a terrible job on my nails. The polish was uneven, streaky, and some nails were left with noticeable bumps and not curing. She suggested that I choose a different colour, but instead they choose a colour for me and it ended up that it’s not the colour which is the problem because they tried to cure that new colour and using a different lamp and then it did not cure So after all this its now the base coat which they want to remove and put on a new base coat because they not supposed to use certain brands with each other according to the lady whom came over to give the nail tech advice so the only thing I asked was why did you then mix the brands if you know it’s going to do this and the lady who was called to assist gave a whole attitude instead of apology and trying to fix what is wrong and that’s when I just decided to leave and not even go any further at Mood Century City.

Customer service was lacking overall—no apology, no effort to make things right. I’ve never experienced such unprofessionalism at a nail salon. For the price they charge, you’d expect much better service and a finished product that actually looks good. I won’t be returning, and I definitely don’t recommend this place if you’re looking for quality work or friendly service.
