Bad customer service and prolonged refund

I booked my RE 5 prior the birth of my daughter and due to medical reasons, I am forced to cancel the text. As I ask for my refund, I’m told to wait 15 days while I need my funds for medical reasons. It is ******** to keep funds needed to medical reasons and the consultant Zine Peteni continues to spew lies telling me about 15 days. where has it ever taken 15 days to process one’s refund.

I’m utterly disgusted by Moonstone and warn anyone to take caution of their service which is dismally poor .
