DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE & SERIOUS SAFETY VIOLATIONS - AVOID AT ALL COSTS WARNING TO POTENTIAL MEMBERS: After 2.5 years as a loyal member (since Viva Gym days), I was publicly harassed, falsely accused of damaging equipment, and treated with absolute contempt by manager Elzel and staff. When I raised legitimate safety concerns about their dangerously defective equipment, management became hostile and combative instead of addressing the issues.
SHOCKING SAFETY VIOLATIONS:
Multiple machines with malfunctioning weight adjustment systems Severely deteriorated safety padding (worn to near-invisibility) Non-functional rep counters across most equipment Damaged ropes and apparatus left in service Poorly secured safety bolting on machines NO visible servicing records or warranty indicators Reliance on unqualified "local handyman" for complex equipment repairs
APPALLING MANAGEMENT RESPONSE: Manager "Kingsley" refused to even have a phone conversation to hear my side, conducted zero proper investigation, and dismissed all safety concerns with a blanket denial. They even failed to process my refund correctly - incompetence at every level.
TO THE OWNER: Your facility is operating dangerously defective equipment while your managers harass customers who raise safety concerns. The multiple negative reviews here aren't coincidence - they reflect systematic failures in safety, service, and basic competence. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR SAFETY - choose literally any other gym. This place is an accident waiting to happen with management that couldn't care less about member safety or service.
