No feedback on internet issues

I have been struggling with this issue for almost 3months now... Not getting any reply on email or whatsapp.. I have copied my exact email to this review, maybe it will help to escalate my issue.

I have not received any account or statement in atlease 1year.

I am not allowed to cancell my contract according to them but i also have no servicd.

Please advise otherwise i see no other option as to contact the CPA and Hello Peter.
