Being told you are F&^% stupid by Management when they are at fault.
Horrible experience. Tim is extremely arrogant and even tells you as a client that you are f(*& stupid. They logged 6 ITC checks on my name with no consent or reasoning, and when challenged as to why, I get told I am stupid. I will not recommend that anybody goes to them for assistance, especially how I have been treated. People like that should not be in business, or need serious client relationship courses done.

Terrible service
Terrible service - 2 months and I have only received a quote from 1 bank. Keep getting requests for documents previously sent. Very frustrating, I would have done a better job by going to the banks myself!!! will not recommend

Mortgage Market exceptional service
A huge shout out to the team for walking me through such a huge journey. The service I got was so supportive and heartwarming. Huge shout out to Ghouwa for keeping me positive. He kept me updated the entire time and the CEO Tim and his amazing wife Sheila were always available for all the questions I had. I can’t thank you guys enough for helping me achieve such a huge milestone so efficiently. Honestly couldn’t have chosen another company for my first home purchase. I am so grateful. It still hasn’t sunk in. Thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart. ♥️

I am a first time home buyer and I was completely overwhelmed by the process since I am not in the finance field. Mortgage markets website made a one step application process to all the banks simple and easy to follow. They then had a consultant in touch with you reviewing all the individual banks offers and ensuring that you get the best deal. They offered discounts on bond attorney fees and gave a cash back guarantee in bond registration! A truly incredible, simple and straightforward way to obtain a home loan! Well done guys, would recommend this platform to everyone
