Thank you, we see it's under Hilda Snyman. We only received Remittance Advice from your medical on 6 November, our finance teams' reconciliation process does take a few days, so I'm sure they'll be able to provide feedback soon.
Will ask our Finance team to reach out for more details.

Good day I did get hold of a person that is very helpful. did send her Banking details to the person and is busy with the process of refunding. The Money was in credit, and no one did bother to contact us.
