No refund and none helpfull
They canbtake your money easy but if you change it to Bmp. Thenbthey do not refund you.

I did get hold of a person that is very helpful. did send her Banking details to the person and is busy with the process of refunding.
The Money was in credit, and no one did bother to contact us.
