I applied for my medical aid with a consultant from Moso, for atleast 2 weeks my documents were stil not processed and when I foned the lady responsible she blamed my Hr,I decided to call a gentleman called Zac Mtshali to explain what happened,he was attentive and promised that he'll look into it,in just two days I received my membership number and I later added my special dependants as he explained of what could happen if my employer dsnt grant me the subsidy, worked out the figures with me and showed me other option that could work in my favour,he would come as per call I gave him to explain what I never understood, with his help and good advice I got the subsidy n my employer granted me full subsidy as he would constantly check with my HR, I realy appreciate his efficiency,support and most off all making me feel like a million rand client.He over did himself.Mr Mtshali from MOSO consulting services Thank you for the great service offered.
