Pathetic service. On 6th November i filled in forms and submitted it. On the 28th December they call me they need outstanding forms. I can not believe this is the service we are paying for. And Young one of the consultants is just as useless as all of them.

See the email below from Michale Kamela from MOSO blaming “Bestmed team” who captured Ms ***XX application incorrectly. Again MOSO have messed Ms ***XX application, the same happened in January 2016 when she switched from Discovery to Bestmed when MOSO also messed up this change.

Connie Venter

See below email from Mrs Erna Potgieter from Unisa’s HR stating “Unisa didn’t deduct a medical contribution from Ms ***XX end of December 2016, please implement the debit order to ensure she is covered” - Why did Bestmed not implement the debit order as requested and submitted to MOSO so that Ms ******X is covered for January 2017? Who at Bestmed did not do their job correctly? Why is the medical card not issued yet?

I need written feedback / explanation from you Connie Venter and from MOSO for the messing up of Ms ******X application, ASAP.

On the 27/03/2015 I was over billed on my medical aid, upon realizing I complaint to Moso Consultant whom I signed the product with Mr. Pheladi Matshaba. In following up with my complaint I did remind him, that my salary is cost to company in which my medical aid is not subsidized by COJ . To date since 27/03/2015 I am billed R3561.00 instead of the confirmed amount by email which is R1424.60. In following up with Moso they sent Mano Pillay whom attested that a mistake was done and I will be reimbursed and negotiate underwriting and be put on a cheaper option. He (Mano Pillay) requested me to send him my baking details to be credited, which I did nothing transpired. While waiting i received an email from one of the directors (Mantsie Mabaso) who was against reimbursement. I therefore escalated my complaint to their executives still nothing happened and referred my complaint to COJ HR which it was also not resolved. I sent various communications through email to Moso Consulting in which the last meeting was convened but cancelled on the 11th hour.To date I haven't heard anything from them. Point of Contacts (Montsho Bodibe,Mano Pillay,Mantsie Mabaso,Pheladi Matshaba)
I applied for my medical aid with a consultant from Moso, for atleast 2 weeks my documents were stil not processed and when I foned the lady responsible she blamed my Hr,I decided to call a gentleman called Zac Mtshali to explain what happened,he was attentive and promised that he'll look into it,in just two days I received my membership number and I later added my special dependants as he explained of what could happen if my employer dsnt grant me the subsidy, worked out the figures with me and showed me other option that could work in my favour,he would come as per call I gave him to explain what I never understood, with his help and good advice I got the subsidy n my employer granted me full subsidy as he would constantly check with my HR, I realy appreciate his efficiency, support and most off all making me feel like a million rand client. He over did himself.Mr Mtshali from MOSO consulting services Thank you for the great service offered.
