I WENT TO THE OCEAN BASKET IN LEMON TREE THIS EVENING FOR SUPPER. I ODERED 1 OF THEIR SPECIALS THAT COMES WITH A SODA. AFTER I HAVE HAD MY MEAL I ASKED FOR THE SODA THAT CAME WITH THE MEAL AND THEN I WAS INFORMED THAT THE SODA IS OUT OF STOCK AND THERE AEW NO SUBSTITUES. I WAS LIVID BUT DDNT WANT TO CAUSE A SCENE. LEMON TREE OC HAS VERY UNFRIENDLY MANAGERS. UPON ENTRY BOTH SLIDING DOORS WERE CLOSED AND THE MANAGER BY THE DOOR NOTICED I WAS STRUGGLING HE JUST AT THE DOOR AND LOOKED AWAY. ONE OF THE WAITERS RAN TO THE DOOR TO OPEN. AS I SAT THE MANAGER AGAIN GAVE ME MENUS WITHOUT GREETING ME AND NOT INFORMING THAT ONE THE MENUS DOESNT HAVE THE SODA THAT COMES WITH IT. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. AS FOR THE UNFRIENDLY MANAGERS I JUST HOPE THEY WERE JUST HAVING A BAD DAY ONLY FOR TODAY BECAUSE WOW.
Dstv customer service is so useless. I have showmax as an add on but it's refusing to start working. I phoned in Dstv countless times and some vall centre's consultants made it out as if I ddnt follow the instructions of activating the showmax add on. I am paid for a service that I have no access to and have been with Dstv for years to date. I see why people are migrating to waka tv. Dstv useless they can't even resolve their own issues. I'm angry that I paid for something I can't watch.
When I phoned in I was frustrated with the amount I was paying on my imsurance and anxious that I have fallen off the grace period but I was so delighted when the advisor assured me that I am stil on grace period and gave me a more discounted insurance. I wish there were other ways to express my gratefulness with regards to the information I got and the patience the advisor had in explaining the policy to me. It's much appreciated pilty there's only 5 stars otherwise I could have given 10 stars. Thanks alot.
I love the app with all my heart. It has been so good to me. But I have an issue with buying of combos and when one of them is out of stock they just give you that single item available and we usually but combos because they are on special. You end up paying more instead of saving. Their app is very smart I think when there is 1 item outstanding they should ask if they need to continue getting the special item that is not complete. I am.realy not happy with that especially on item.more than one that are on special. Other than this I'm.a.super happy customer I even recruited family members to but from the app.
I took out a contract with the November 2021 for 24 months and was told that should I have issues with the fone I bought they will send a courier to fetch it I then had an issue with the fone I was told I must bring the fone to pretoria which was impossible.for me. My contact had reach its 24 months amd they are still.deducting which I do not understand why. I foned in and was told a bizarre story that I had no money in my account a certain month which was just ****. They stil.continuing to deduct regardless of me requesting termination. This company is a ****. Rather go to known outlets to get contracts. Can you please terminate and refund me my money. My refund number is 0609578039. Please terminate.
I am so angry with the incompetence of builders warehouse in New Market alberton. On the 25 January 2024 I bought 40 pavers online and received an sms that they were ready for collection since I ddnt want to drive for nothing I enquired on the support line and to my shock I was told their system indicates that the pavers will be ready on the 9 February 2024. When I tried to fone the store its never picked up and the call just ends. On the same day the support centre finally managed to get through to the store and they had confirmed they have less 13 pavers on sight and that they will.order and fond out when they will be available. Today on the 28 January 2014 i yet again receive an sms confirming my collection I then decided to go and find out stil no pavers ,money taken n no way forward. I then decide to cancel the order so that I can buy the ones in abundance. They tell me it will take 30 minutes when it's RCS but 48 hours and above when it's EFT. Good enough I left because I had no business in town besides the store. I get home and open my builders profile only part of the sale was canceled around R960 was refunded instead of R1600. I am so angry because It seems I wasted my time energy and fuel. I am not going back to that store I just want the complete refund. I loath builders new market because I even had to ask a neighbor to look after my toddler so that I sort their mess. Can I just get my full refund asap. ORDER NUMBER:2021439015. I'm utterly disgusted by their online service. Store of ****mers selling out of stock material with no contingency plan. They actually deserve no star.
Today at about 13:09 -13:23 the RAM courier guy insulted my brother as he approached to collect my parcel and accused him of wanting to hijack him. I was at work when i received a call from my brother and he sounded very upset. This ram courier guy repeatedly said voetsek to him unprovoked. The courier guy phoned me to come outside I told him I will send out my brother because I'm at work and I even gave him my brother's name. I am angry because my brother says this RAM courier guy made a spectacle of him. Its alsilo reported that the neighbours had to ontervene to diffuse the situation.My brother is epileptic and we avoid to upset him cos we don't want to trigger seizures. How do you treat customers like that. I am so angry I was even shaking when my brother called me to report the incident. I was even puzzled when this courier guy foned and apologized repeatedly and that he didn't know that guy was my brother ,I kept on asking what he was on about but when my mother foned me it all made sense. Now I am thinking to myself wat if my brother had retaliated and beat him up? He would have been in jail by now. Why take a job when you do not know the courtesy of speaking to people? This was uncalled for. His behavior is disgusting. I want an apology for my brother from this courier guy.
I am super angry with DSV. On the 3/5/2023 I had a parcel for delivery scheduled between 10 am and 1 pm. It went past their arranged time as I was waiting at my sons school at 14:00 they to say they have arrived I thought since my son get out at 14:00 I can rush to fetch my parcel because it only takes 5 minutes to my house. To my surprise my son had to wait for 45 minutes because their device for biometrics was not functions it couldn't verify me I became restless n told them.im fetching my son 45 minutes later after I sacrificed and wasted my petrol because they decided to come on their own schedule. They followed me to school and tried again but unsuccessful. Good enough they left. Today on the 5/5/2023 parcel was suppose to be delivered between 9-11 am stil nothing,no communication, foned DSV nobody can reach the courier guy. I'm sooo angry because they messed up 2 of my days I'm stil.waiting for DSV to call.me with an update stil nothing. This is very pathetic I dnr even want that parcel anymore it's too tedious.
I used to be a bonitas member for almost 8 years. Now that I am no longer with them due to new employment I find it difficult to get documents needed by the medical aid I'm applying for. I had been trying to call and Email for a Medical Aid Certificate to be sent to me because its a pre requisite on the application but unfortunately I am unable to get through. Can you kindly assist me I am running out of time with regards to applying for the new medical aid.
I am giving piatto alberton 1 star because of their tip policy. I had a great time on my sons 1 birthday,the waiters were great and on point. Great service we receives. Now I had to pay the bill. I realises the 10% tip.was already added amd I had actually spent a handsome amount. It was unfortunate that I couldn't tip the waitera directly because the tip they had already added was way too much. It's sad because now I appeared like someone mean whereas Piato Alberton is mean in a sense that they had already taken their tip with the bill I felt bad for the waiters but I couldn't tip twice. This policy they have is a ******* and a **** to cheat us and the employees. That's the only reason why I will never ever use Piatto Alberton and would never recommend it to friends and family.
