After contacting management they said they would send the correct items, half an hour now with a cold dinner and no electricity to heat it up, I called to find out if the driver had left, to my amazement the order has not left. Thank you piatto Alberton for an ice cold dinner with the worst ingredients ever, I think somebody needs to do daily checks to ensure your products are truly fresh Beyond disappointed Freshness not guaranteed Waste of money

Very Bad Service
I made a booking for Mother's Day. Three times phoning and checking and all three times the booking date was incorrect. Only after going to the restaurant and checking the correct date and time, it was corrected, and that was the fourth time. We were a table of 8 women, and only for breakfast. We ordered our drinks when we arrived, but had to wait 45 minutes for our order, just for drinks. When we received our food, our bacon was raw, some received the absolute wrong food, which was never ordered. And some that ordered the bacon and banana for breakfast never received the banana at all. For such a very special day as Mother's Day, a person would expect better service. Instead of leaving there feeling awesome on such a special day, we all left their feeling sick from the raw bacon and also feeling angry from the very bad service received. 10% Tip *******
I am giving piatto alberton 1 star because of their tip policy. I had a great time on my sons 1 birthday,the waiters were great and on point. Great service we receives. Now I had to pay the bill. I realises the 10% tip.was already added amd I had actually spent a handsome amount. It was unfortunate that I couldn't tip the waitera directly because the tip they had already added was way too much. It's sad because now I appeared like someone mean whereas Piato Alberton is mean in a sense that they had already taken their tip with the bill I felt bad for the waiters but I couldn't tip twice. This policy they have is a ******* and a **** to cheat us and the employees. That's the only reason why I will never ever use Piatto Alberton and would never recommend it to friends and family.

Horrible Food
This restaurant has got sooo much potential!! Its such a pity that they cannot live up to it. We ordered a seafood combo from them nearly 2 years ago that was absolutely horrible and tonight I thought to give them another chance, what a bad decision. We ordered two of their lasagne's. Poor portion sizes for the amount of money you pay. It tasted like it was put into the oven from frozen which is the case as I called to confirm, as a result of that it was drowning in water and tomato pieces. I do have to add that the lady who answered the phone was apologetic and did offer another lasagne but the fact remains that my experience and the food was once again a massive let down. I don't mean to ever slander but I have to give an open and honest review and I can with confidence say that I will never support them again.
