I am so very, very disappointed with CHECKERS BASSONIA. Last Sunday I was standing an hour waiting at the deli. There were three Ladies on duty, but only one of the ladies assisting. The other two ladies were just standing around. When it came to my turn after an hour waiting, I was told no she cannot assist me, with R 50 sandwich ham. One of the other ladies must help me. Well guess what, I received no assistance. Eventually after an hour and a half, waiting and standing, I left. Checkers Bassonia, was so good when they opened. Now staff does not want to help. You stand waiting and still no one helps you. Quickest way to loose Customers is by treating them in this manner. Worst Checkers is Checkers Bassonia. No Customer Service.
Very bad Customer Service. Trying g to cancel any and all packages since last year October 2025. Emails have been sent since last year October 2025, and to date no one has cancelled any packages or future packages. I am not receiving g up to date statements either. Request after request and it takes them very long tome to allocate a payment and give up to date statements. I have called, I have emailed and just no one is calling me back
I would like to write a review about Isabella Garcia a employee that has been so efficient, so professional and helpful. Lechwano Molebogeng. She is definitely an asset to Isabella Garcia.
Every time I go to Wimpy Comaro Crossing, I get very bad service from the Waitress. She is very rude. When I want to order, she just says to me that she will come back to me to take my order,an hour will go by and still no order has been taken. The food will arrive Ice cold.
I made a booking for Mother's Day. Three times phoning and checking and all three times the booking date was incorrect. Only after going to the restaurant and checking the correct date and time, it was corrected, and that was the fourth time. We were a table of 8 women, and only for breakfast. We ordered our drinks when we arrived, but had to wait 45 minutes for our order, just for drinks. When we received our food, our bacon was raw, some received the absolute wrong food, which was never ordered. And some that ordered the bacon and banana for breakfast never received the banana at all. For such a very special day as Mother's Day, a person would expect better service. Instead of leaving there feeling awesome on such a special day, we all left their feeling sick from the raw bacon and also feeling angry from the very bad service received.
