unprofessional and rude conduct I experienced from one of your customer support agents named Betty, during my recent interaction with your support team. she rudely dismissed me and ended the conversation without providing any help.

Pick'n pay has offered me a tedious service. I ordered food at 10:47, 3 hours later I have not received my food. At 12hr30 I was told the driver is picking up the order, an hour later the food still has not arrived. They have no option to cancel the order on their app. I have already called the call centre serveral times and the driver is still supposedly at the shop. This is such a horrible service. They keep changing their ETA, the driver's number does not go through. Please call and assist on this query. I am no longer interested in the food and my money better be returned soon and not take long like the order.
I have been trying to get my sons card to work and I spoke to 3 agents whom all could not assist me or see the issue, I was communicating with them on the app. I had to actually call to find out that the card is blocked. I don't know what these agents are doing if they could not see a simple thing such as that the card is blocked.
