Funeral claim not paid!!!!!
You guys are giving a difficult time with the funeral claim, what the **** are we supposed to do with my stepfather's corpse at the current moment since last week??? you guys are supposedly investigating something. there is absolutely no communication as to what you are investigating. Agents are not knowledgeable
I have been trying to get my sons card to work and I spoke to 3 agents whom all could not assist me or see the issue, I was communicating with them on the app. I had to actually call to find out that the card is blocked.
