STAY AWAY FROM SOLmate
I have never experienced such bad service. STAY AWAY from this product. I made a mistake by entering the wrong reference, I am waiting 2 weeks for them to allocate the funds. All communication is Via WhatsApp, no human contact. Their charges is so high, R40 for a real time payment where Capitec is R6, FNB R10. They have already taken R340.00 from my money that I can't seem to get back. SOLmate is a **** by using or withholding funds not belonging to them, as a ***** attorney I know this is absolutely ******* and unavoidable jail time. A case of unspecified information and theft will be opened at SAPS. A court case is unavoidable for whatever they are upto unless they can sort this mess out in 48 hours.

SolMate, no money paid over and no real positive issue resolving help receiving
at this moment i am going through all hell and unnecessary drills to retrieve my money after opening my account beginning of May 2026, made a payment on 14 May 2026 using the standard bank account number provided and the correct cellphone number also used when registering as a reference, going for a week and a half, no money and no clear sign of positive help other than lengthening lists of documents needed, the other reviews on here about opening accounts is invalid, wait till the real help is needed to no avail, did everything right and how i was informed

To soLmate standard bank owners or CEO,stop ruining innocent people's life
My salary was paid on the 24th of April 2026 @14:00hrs till today the 1st of may my money is not yet into my account have been chatting to them thru there banking app and there what's app number none is finalising anything from them,that's my whole month salary I got a 2 year old child to take care of as well bills to pay I send all they asked for pop and bank statements from my app Iam very upset about there service and my life is stuck right now as that was my whole month salary my house got no electricity at the moment even food in my fridge.i gave all the information they asked from my boss side and now they just choose to be silent on me I even asked them to phone none did that

SOLmate bank
The worst bank ever!🤬 They don't issue any cards; they make you wait. And if you send money to someone, the person might not receive it at all… They say the daily limit is 10,000, but for some reason, after just one transfer of 5,000, you've already exceeded the monthly limit. I don't recommend this bank to anyone. It's the worst. This is the first time I've encountered such indifference.
