Pathetic service. On 6th November i filled in forms and submitted it. On the 28th December they call me they need outstanding forms. I can not believe this is the service we are paying for. And Young one of the consultants is just as useless as all of them.
In 9 years i have not claimed once from Ooba. the day i need them they send out a plumber 6 days later. that is very bad customer service. i will not recommend them at all. they are easy to take your installments but do not deliver in an emergency. will definitely look for a service provider that can deliver.
I can not believe Ooba considered this company to do their Plumbing. they are Incompetent and pathetic. i will suggest Ooba take them off their list of plumbers.
I called in Friday 30th October 2020 and spoke to a Daphne lady, she said i will be contacted by a plumber within 2 hours to come fix my burst geyser. since then i no one bother to contact me i were without water for 6 days and when they did appoint a plumber they used an incompetent Dave Miller. they were busy at my house removing my roof and left and told me they will come back later and these last days we had extreme weather. then i made a fuss and they did job of a toddler. i am so disgusted with Ooba and Brolink.
I called in few times to upgrade to the R849 package. I just never get called back or they are so useless. this character Tinyiko is very clever im trying to explain what I want.. I am so tired of these pathetic agents.
I am very happy with takealot. speedy delivery placed order yesterday 0109/2015 and received it today 02/09/2015. very good work.,
Last night (05/08/15) I walked into Checkers Springs @ about 17:20. I needed to get some cold meats from them I went to the cold meet counter, to my amusement everything was packed up. I called the manager Jacob I asked him what is happening, I need cold meats, all he could say to me is EISH no explanation why there no staff to help me or anything. I really wish you could close that store and open a Woolworths Food. so it cost me get into my car and drive all the way to Selcourt Towers for Ham. it is ridiculous what are these people doing.
Last week I phoned the TC in Springs to price Polycarbonate Roof Sheeting and to ask if they have stock. Gave me a price, confirmed stock avail. Friday me and Fianc? went to TC in Springs. Terrible service to begin with. Were sent from section to section, person to person, no-one seemed to know where the product was kept. Eventually found someone that knew, turned out that the product wasn't priced and there was also no stock, just one sheet. We were sent to a Marco. He was unfriendly and made it very clear we are disturbing him while he was busy with something else. Told us when he was finished with what he was doing he will phone the supplier and see if he can order, but he wasn't very hopeful as it was Friday and the factory will be closed. Asked him to phone me and confirm the new price, how long it will be until the supplier can deliver. Still no call or vm. I also don't see why I have to pay the new price as I was already \quoted"over the phone and informed that they have sufficient stock at a certain price. maybe because we are a gay couple he was not interested in helping us .I have to wonder if perhaps this was because me and my partner were obviously a gay couple."""

This will be mu 5th month that I am being billed incorrect. I am on a bloody TOP UP contract and every month I owe them a different amount. I have been complaining etc. What more can a person do. I had it with this pathetic network. I need this sorted out. And the response you get from I believe an automated reply for all complaints. SORT OUT THIS SHITT!!!
