I recently took my Ranger in for a service. Before the service I asked that they replace the wiper blades as well what they did. However after two from the service I used the wiper blades and notice that the one blade is not cleaning properly. I inpect the blade and notice a small damaged area on it. I visited them again and asked for a replacement since it was only fitted two days ago. I was informed that I need to book an appointment again, bring my vehicle in again because the need to fill in a claim form for replacement. This will cost me to drive 50km again and waist half a day only to replace a wiper blade. This is totally ridiculous. Still waiting now for two weeks that the manager call me.
