Extremely rude and not following container indications.
Extremely rude. Containers clearly marked with stickers to indicate " This side up" and it was ignored.

One of the worst ISP ans expensive.
Unfriendly and unhelpfull staff. Price increase regulary. Two months to cancel if you lucky to be able to do it. No response to quiries.

Bad after service.
I recently took my Ranger in for a service. Before the service I asked that they replace the wiper blades as well what they did. However after two from the service I used the wiper blades and notice that the one blade is not cleaning properly. I inpect the blade and notice a small damaged area on it. I visited them again and asked for a replacement since it was only fitted two days ago. I was informed that I need to book an appointment again, bring my vehicle in again because the need to fill in a claim form for replacement. This will cost me to drive 50km again and waist half a day only to replace a wiper blade. This is totally ridiculous. Still waiting now for two weeks that the manager call me.

KALSAFE.COM - Order not received after they have been paid.
During July 2023 I ordered 2 shirts from them. It is now December 2023 and I am still waiting for my parcel. I have contacted them on various occasions asking to track my parcel and assist me. Only answer I receive is that the parcel is in our country at our Postal services. Our Postal services did investigate and found that the parcel never arrived in country. No effort from Kalesafe.com to assist me. They took my money and don,t care any more. TAKE CARE!! Extremely bad service.
