Service, WHAT SERVICE.

On 26/10/2022 just after 13h00 I went onto their website and sent them a request to quote for certain work giving all the details they need as well as my cars VIN number, as then they can get all the correct information for the particular car. Response was an email (No Reply) type stating that my request was forwarded to the correct department and that the team word contact me. Nothing.

On 27-10-2022 at 13h51 I sent a second email, enquiring as to when I would be assisted. I again within minutes received an email response with the same details as above.

28-10-2022 Now 12h48 and I have had absolutely no response.

Funny how you always hear about business being bad and would expect people to jump at any new business.
