Very poor experience buying from this business

Placed and paid for an online order with this company. They dont send or update customers as per the process they share on their website. 11 days after placing the order I have not received any email to advise the order has been packed and shipped. When checking the order on their website, the website also still shows the order needs to be packed and dispatched. Furthermore, when looking at reviews on google about this company they publicly respond with a customer personal contact details. This is against the Protection of Personal information Act of South Africa.
