Happy Customer
Excellent service and delivery, have been searching for Korean Soju online for a long time that is affordable. Mother City Liquor kept me up to date with my order and I received my parcel sooner than the expected delivery date. Would definitely recommend them.

outstanding service
due to an error on their website I received totally the wrong thing. They handled this so well and passed a full credit. Was so impressed I reordered what was now the correct thing and would happily deal with them over and over. 10/10 for handling a mishap so professionally!! and thank you

VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER
I would like to pay a BIG compliment to Mother City Liquor. I ordered a bottle of Cherry Schnapps on Thursday 6th 2023. Received an email to say that my order had been completed on 7 July 2023 and it was promptly delivered on the Monday 10th July 2023. Very impressed will definitely use their services again.

I would like to pay a BIG compliment to Mother City Liquor. I ordered a bottle of Cherry Schnapps on Thursday 6th 2023. Very poor experience buying from this business
Placed and paid for an online order with this company. They dont send or update customers as per the process they share on their website. 11 days after placing the order I have not received any email to advise the order has been packed and shipped. When checking the order on their website, the website also still shows the order needs to be packed and dispatched. Furthermore, when looking at reviews on google about this company they publicly respond with a customer personal contact details. This is against the Protection of Personal information Act of South Africa.

I was very impressed with my first order - both price, service, speed....everything. Thought it wouldn't last, but hey, I'm on my 5th order now, and everything continues to be exceptional. Keep it up....
