TAKEALOT PRODUCTS UNSATISFACTORY
I purchased the 4 pack of HP 9***L range of cartridges. When I loaded them into my printer and checked the ink levels. It indicated that the Cyan & Yellow cartridges were three quarters full. The magenta cartridge is virtually empty. As I paid over R2 000 for these I feel I have been ****med. The cartridges are not returnable.

VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER
I would like to pay a BIG compliment to Mother City Liquor. I ordered a bottle of Cherry Schnapps on Thursday 6th 2023. Received an email to say that my order had been completed on 7 July 2023 and it was promptly delivered on the Monday 10th July 2023. Very impressed will definitely use their services again.

Unsuitable service
I am trying to get an IT 3(b) tax certificate to accompany my tax return. I contacted the bank regarding this. They have handled the matter, sent it to the wrong email address when they have the correct one. When logging on to the internet and going into the account it still says there are no available certificates. Therefore, I am still unable to get a printout of the certficate.

Claim not sorted out yet
I recently got broken into my car in Durban. I had to get a temporary passenger window put in so that I could travel back to Margate . I have been liaising with Outsurance to now get a permanent shatterprufe window for my car. I need a recommended supplier in Margate to contact me as I don’t want to have to travel back to Durban Glasfit which is 2 hours there and 2 hours back. Unfortunately I am not getting any feedback from either service provider. My claim number is ********** 36 and I have spoken to numerous people at Outsurance to get this sorted.

Bad Service
I logged a query with Mr M Troskie on 25 September 2018 on my policy no. 205358, claim no. ********** 38. I forwarded all the necessary information and liaised with a person called Marco. He informed me Mr Troskie would be handling my complaint. To date I have not had any response.

Excellent Service
I had an accident in August 2015 with my car. I contacted Outsurance and they promptly sorted out my problem. I took my vehicle to one of the panelbeaters on their panel called Riverside Auto Body, Marc Wafer. Between the insurance and panelbeaters I was sorted out and back on the road in no time. I would highly recommend them both.
