Asked on the 12th of April (month ahead) to move my debit order for the 1st of each month to the 10th as my salary date has changed. They said it is fine but the debit order will still go off on the 1st of May for the month of May but the debit order for June will go off on the 10th of May too. I explained to the lady that I do not earn enough money for a double debit order and I wont have funds in my account for the 1st of May. I said to her I do not understand as I pay a month ahead for my medical aid now I need to pay two months in advance? Discovery could not meet my requirements, I have been a member for years. I will not recommend them anymore and they have lost a client. I cancelled my medical aid due to this as they do not have their members back to just move a debit order a few days later without taking a double debit order. On their website it says you have the option to change your debit order but in truth you don't as they will arrange a double debit order that will be two months ahead
I bought items online order no 93094 on the 25th of August 2020, there were items that were on my order which they did not have stock on and I have already paid for the said items, I requested a refund and till this day I have not received my money back it is a month later and every time I request feedback they say they will get back to me and till this day I have not received any feedback I have to follow up with them every time.
Went to Eugene Marais on Sunday to trauma for a broken phalange, I waited hours during the time of the examination and x-rays, note that I am on a hospital plan, not a medical aid and they processed me like I am on a medical aid so I had to pay today for all the additional Xrays they sent me for, they wrapped my fingers and said I need to see an occupational the****** and gave me a prescription and reference letter. I phoned the occupational the****** and she quoted me R800 for a consultation so I phoned the hospital so I can talk to the doctor who referred me (he himself only examined my Xrays I never saw him) so that I can ask him for another alternative as I do not have that amount of money to pay to see a specialist that will just refer me back to him for an operation, telephone staff in trauma could not help me except provide another phone number to other staff that does not want to help. So here I am with a broken finger that has been poorly wrapped by interns in trauma that may or may not heal. I am disappointed that an orthopaedic surgeon needs an occupational the******'s advice on how to treat a broken finger and that this hospital does not have the equipment to decently splint a broken finger.
We booked a ticket online and the payment went through on the bank account but no ticket or reference number was issued.<br> <br> We decided to go to the cinema where we booked the ticket to see if we can redeem it with the card services. The card services said that no ticket was booked against our card, so we asked for someone to assist us, they left us in the Que for a long time which caused us to miss the movie we had bought the tickets for, the service was so bad and the manager/ supervisor was so rude and very incompetent of doing her job. We decided to buy new tickets for a later show because they could not help us. We dialed the ticket assistant number and it was uneventful and not very successful. We sent ster-kinekor a complaint via email as well but I still have not received any reply or even a phone call. <br> <br> We paid R77 for the online tickets and we want a refund because the money went of the account and we then paid R76 for the new tickets as well because the staff and help lines are useless. <br> <br>
