Poor welcome

I just returned home from a visit to your "new" Victory Park store. What a lousy experience!

This was my second lousy experience there and I thought you should hear about it. My first was in December when I met a friend there just after 4pm. The staff slowly packed up the furniture and mopped the floor around us, making me feel a little uncomfortable.

Today, I waited for a colleague who had been caught up in traffic, while a staff member mopped the floor around me! She arrived at around 4.45pm. Her coffee was fine, but my Dictator was ice cold! When I complained they said that's how it was meant to be. sevred!

At 5pm a young women came up to us and said: "we're closed." She walked off and collected the pillows from the chairs outside and dumped them on the seat next to me. One of them hit my arm, and she said "sorry" half-heartedly. I rep****: "my pleasure."

I ushered my traffic-stressed colleague out as soon as she had gulped her coffee. I have never felt so unwelcome at one on your stores before. Pity.
