This is probably the worst gym when it comes to customer service, once they get you signed up they don't care about you anymore as long as they get their money.
I canceled my contract in January of 2019, so my last debit order should go off in February of 2019.
This however was not he case.. The deductions continued right through until may of 2019. After the deduction was maid in march I phoned the gym and sent them an email asking them why they deducted money and said it would not happen again..
I thought it was going to be fine after the assurance that Megan, the lady that I spoke to multiple times,gave me. But no the dections dit not stop I phoned an emailed head office and even they could not help..
Only at the end of April did a lady help me by asking me to submit another cancellation form and then their was still one more deduction mad for May 2019..
I spoke to the so called Managers (marius and johann) who then just again told me to phone reception cause they can't help me... That's some logic "(HAHA)"
Now they are saying that all the emails and phone calls did not help they need a slip that says I canceled in January but we were given no "slips" ..And that is what all the emails and phone calls where about to again notify them that they are taking my money, but what do they care. They Assured me that there won't be deductions but no surprise that it was a lie..Anyway they did not pay me back my money and I am a student which will be going back to Worcester at the end of 2019 but will surely take my bussiness elsewhere with my fellow students.
To describe them in one word [PATHETIC] ???? ???? ????
