Worcester Motion fitness is a disgrace. Old equipment. Treadmills in poor condition with few working. No maintenance done. Spinning bikes, only 4 work. TVs don’t work as, according to them, they account was not paid. The receptionist is now the manager. One of the mannequins usually standing around or chatting on the phone is now the maintenance manager. So now he’s not seen at all. Covid protocols being relaxed and so I could go on. Tried to phone the head office yesterday. The answer is that head office staff don’t speak to people. Very few options in Worcester. But they cannot stay in business, so this too will change. How sad.

This is probably the worst gym when it comes to customer service, once they get you signed up they don't care about you anymore as long as they get their money. I canceled my contract in January of 2019, so my last debit order should go off in February of 2019. This however was not he case.. The deductions continued right through until may of 2019. After the deduction was maid in march I phoned the gym and sent them an email asking them why they deducted money and said it would not happen again.. I thought it was going to be fine after the assurance that Megan, the lady that I spoke to multiple times,gave me. But no the dections dit not stop I phoned an emailed head office and even they could not help.. Only at the end of April did a lady help me by asking me to submit another cancellation form and then their was still one more deduction mad for May 2019.. I spoke to the so called Managers (marius and johann) who then just again told me to phone reception cause they can't help me... That's some logic "(HAHA)" Now they are saying that all the emails and phone calls did not help they need a slip that says I canceled in January but we were given no "slips" ..And that is what all the emails and phone calls where about to again notify them that they are taking my money, but what do they care. They Assured me that there won't be deductions but no surprise that it was a lie..Anyway they did not pay me back my money and I am a student which will be going back to Worcester at the end of 2019 but will surely take my bussiness elsewhere with my fellow students. To describe them in one word [PATHETIC] ???? ???? ????

Just want money, but has no service or foot to stand on! I joined Motion Fitness in George, in 2015, through Caroline that was in school with them. Not knowing that I'd move to Cape Town. I then got a job in Cape Town and move here. I canceled the Motion Fitness contract prior to the opening of the gym. They always had issues with replying, etc. - Always referring me to the next. Now I have to pay over R16,000.00 to them??? I don't think this is fair. I never even used the gym. No one is replying??? Please sort this out, or I'll get an attorney to handle this. At a stage, I was willing to just pay, but I found the proof of the cancellation form on an old e-mail I saved. I will not pay a cent. Any legal fees involved should be covered by yourself due to lack of; -working processes and -attentive staff.

I had an account with Motion Fitness of which at the moment is in errears of one month. i have already spoken to 5 different consultant and no one is auctally interested on assist me. i was a member at your gym in Umtata of which as of 01/06/19 I have relocated to Port elizabeth of which you do not have a gym facility. i spoke to someone on the 28/05 requested for the cancelliation of the contract of which i was told that i needed to go to gym to cancel the membership and make the payment for the June gym fees that are outstanding. i told him the same thing that i told the other 4 consultants that i m unable to go to your gym as there is no Motion fitness where I am at and I requested for the banking details to be emailed so that i can pay the oustanding fees and cancelliation form for the membership. i even sent an email to ********** on the 05/06 requesting the same thing ans still there is no response. like now I got another calling treatning to pay the outstanding fees before the 15 or interest will be added. this is what I need as I have done my part. 1. bank account to pay the oustanding fee 2. confirmation that the membership has been cance as of 31/06 and I will not be paying any dditional amount l have tried and now I am tired. really what kind of a company am i dealing with.
