FRAUDSTERS... Do not use them! Car license paid end of last year, but since then I have not heard anything back. They do not answer email, calls or WhatsApp
Because my items were delayed due to Christmas orders, I requested that my delivery address be changed. I contacted Superbalist to request a change of address so that I could get the order. Mishka.P (Online Fashion Assistant) emailed me on December 30, 2021, stating that they would like to contact me in order to deliver my order. I responded the same day with the updated address (I have screenshot proof of the emails.) On the 31st, she stated that they had been unable to contact me and that the order will be refunded. Despite the fact that I have replied several times! They shouldn't, I said again, because I need the things for a wedding... I used to be a devoted Superbalist buyer, but their customer service is terrible, and I'll make sure everyone knows not to buy from them if they ever need to change an order/refund/etc.
I've been with them for a while, so when my prior dentist moved, I was introduced to Dr. Paries. - Who I've seen multiple times since then and who is simply fantastic... Professional, caring, and with a strong sense of humanity. Furthermore, their workplace environment is to die for, with stunning views of Table Mountain. Their advanced SMS appointment reminders are quite useful. The greeting room smells fantastic. Let's not forget Teresa, the lovely receptionist, who has quickly become one of my favourites! All compelling reasons to make this your go-to practice.

Staff who go above and beyond!!! Everyone on duty today (20210930 shortly before 11 a.m. to 11 a.m.) was extremely helpful, friendly, and brightened the atmosphere. Their energy uplifts you, and as a result, I have to say that this is one of the best Vida e Caffè's I've ever visited. Kudos to them!
My instalment increased in June 2021... My Debt Counsellor pays WesBank while I am under Debt Review. I only realized this had increased in July and emailed WesBank about it because I had received no notice... nor had my Debt Counsellor. - I'm still waiting for a response. My account is now in arrears as a result of the additional amount added to my instalment... Why isn't anyone responding to my emails? How do we get in touch with them? They are quick to contact you if necessary, but provide no service in return!
To whom it may concern, Multiple times I have phoned, went to Woolworths stores, to sort out my Woolworths Rewards card. I will not phone again... I will tell you how disappointing it is that Pick 'n Pay and any other store card and customer service are way better than yours, which is not supposed to be like that, because you are the upmarket brand. I lost my card, got a new one, they never added it, now it is added after multiple phone calls and visits. Everyone showing me away, handing out cards left and right, but has no purpose, because I can't get my cashback. I live a healthy lifestyle and pay for services that you are a part of, but don't see any priority in providing this to customers? I now have 3 cards online, because everyone is avoiding doing a proper job. They finally added the latest one, but the wrong one is linked to both online and not to Vitality. Please remove the other two and keep the one ending with *7141. Make sure this is linked to Vitality rewards... Discovery really shouldn't partner with you, if you have to struggle this much to get YOUR card linked. I pay for Vitality and no, it is not them that have to link this. They told me to get back to you. Also, I was always VIP and not anymore, the customer consultant says he sees that I was, but can't understand why I am not anymore... can you please explain this to me? On Wednesday, I phoned to reverse a payment that went off twice at Computer Mania. The consultant said it would take 48 hours, but it still didn't reverse! Please advise?
Worst service ever! Making use of Saya Recoveries to get money in, but no one ever replies? The arrears heaped up to lack of communication. For months I've asked to arrange a debit order, but nothing? I'm not happy with my account being with Saya, how will I struggle to get off the debit order cycle when I'm done paying.
