made a boking through travel start in May 2025 and I could not us the booking and requested the airline to put my booking on hold for future travels. made a booking with SAFAIR of which i manage to change the booking through their website and the other booking was through Airlink of which they told me i need to do the changes through Travelstart as the booking was done through Travelstart. i have filled in the contact form which i did get the assistance called 021 468 4300 of which it just gets cut off
For an organizaton which is hosting such a biggest event in the country its a nightmare to try and communicate with. You don't answer your phones or reply to your emails. I placed an order for the blue jacket and I was hoping I could pick it up in Cape Town but i couldn't get hold of anyone to give the location and the operating times. now i need to know if you are going to courier the jacket and when i can expect the delivery. I BOUGHT THE PORT ELIZABETH/GQEBERHA 20G DAY AND 20 NIGHT DATA ON SATURDAY 29/03/2025 AT 05:15 AM AND I JUST USED IT TO WATCH NETFLIX AND I RECEIVED AN SMS AT 7:55AM THAT MY DATA HAS BEEN FINISHED. WHAT COULD I HAVEDONE WITH 20G IN 2HOURS. I BOUGHT ANOTHE 20G DAY AND 20 NIGHT ON SATURDAY AT 8:32 AM AND BY 12:23 I GOT ANOTHER SMS THAT 50% OF DATA HAS BEEN USED OF WHCIH I LEFT MY HOUSE AND CAME BACK YESTERDAY AT 7 AND BY 21:42 MY DATA WAS DEPLETED; I BOUGHT ANOTH 20G DAY AND 2OG NIGHT TODAY AT 17:52. WHAT IS HAPPENING TO MY DATA. I NEED ANSWERS URGENTLY THIS FEELS LIKE A DAYLIGHT ROBERRY, I HAVE SPENT R600 ON 120G DATA THAT COULD LAST 2 DAYS. I got to the airport in time for boarding, unfortunately for me the bag that i was carry was supposed to be checked which means that i has missed the check in time for luggage. i was asked by the security to go to the check in service and they can escort me with my bag. When i got to the check in service OR Tambo i dealt with 2 gentlemen of which were rude and not helpful at all. when I told them about my bag situation, it was 12:20 and the flight was boarding at 12:50 and i asked them about my option. 1. They told me there is nothing that they can do and they pointed me to the guys who courier bags of which it was going to cost me R1900 to courier the bags of which for m the cheaper option would be to book the next flight, went back to the check point and asked them if i could change my flight and if i can be able to do that online. the list they can do from the first place they should have recommended the option to change my booking to the next flight so i can check in my bag. I asked them if i can do that online as I didn't want to forfeit my ticket, they couldn't point me to the right direction. i had to go back to the and check if the option to go to the ticket sale desk would be a better option and the list they can do is to point me to the ticket sale desk. i had to find the ticket sale desk on my own and be on stand by for the next flight which that costed me R650 instead of R1900 which was the only option that they gave for the courier company to courier my bag. I m hoping that I get the sit on the next flight at 17:30 to Port Elizabeth as it is the last flight for today. the best thing the 2 guys could have done was the options i had within your airline and since they were not busy and they could see that i has frastrated, the list they can do was to accompany me to the sales desk where i could change my booking.
I went to the Bwywest Mall then I decided to order something for lunch at KFC at the Baywest Mall of which I ordered Twister mill with Buddy Fanta Orange and 4 Wings. When I got home which 15km away from the mall I notice the chips and drinks were not packed. Order number was 281 and I don't have slip as they were unable to print the slip. I tried calling them the call was not connecting and I also call the customer care twice and they try connecting to the branch and I was cut off. I don't have time to go back to the mall as it is15km from my home. This is unacceptable . I tried calling and no assistance from your customer care.
i had an account with capitec in 2007 of which the account was handed-over and I settle the account, but if i am trying to apply for credit with capitec it always refer to this account. will you ever be able to offer me any credit since i had a bad account with you
I think this service provide must be canceled as thier call centre is no existing. I bought electricity on the 15/12/2021 and till today I have not recieved my token. I called your call centre number which is supposed to be 24hrs but no one is answering thier phones and I even dropped them an email still I m not getting joy. I just need my token and you can continue offering your pathetic service.

Ref:236856218 I made a booking on the 24/09/2021 at Sunny Large Indoor and Outdoor Living Area using booking.com and once I made the payment I received an email stating that they were unable to accommodate for the date i requested which was 24/09 -26/09/2021 and I assumed i would received my money back and now its been 5 days and i have not received my money back. i made a call to booking.com on the 27/09/2021 of which i was promised that the funds would be paid back to my account and even i called in today 29/09/2021 and now i told i have to wait 7 days for my money. now i feel like booking.com is a scam
REF: 3690548490 I was looking for a hotel in South Africa Eastern Cape Port Alfred, when the Port Alfred Hotel ****ed up and i made the booking to the Port Alfred Resort & Hotel which is not South Africa of which immediately i requested for the cancellation and now its 5 days later no response has been received regarding the booking and even the boking.com consultants can not give me an answer. where can i got to get my money back because this feels like a scam.
