MOTO HEALTH SHOCKING SERVICE - Seek better medical aid
Please consider carefully to opt for this medical aid. They issue you with a pre-authorisaton number with all the relevant codes, just to send you later an email to advise claim is repudiated and you are liable for these costs. Why do a member always have to put up a "fight" to get issues resolved. This is absolutely shocking after being a member for the past 47 years!!!!

Thank you kindly. I have sent an enquiry, but these are seldom answered. I am honestly tired of arguing with Moto Health since last year. Everything is an issue and I am the fool paying an exorbitant fee of R10 076 per month. I have had it.
