Request for confirmation of authorization letter

My wife, Sonnie Ramsugit, is scheduled for a colonoscopy tomorrow (Authorization number: 151035881). Could I kindly request for someone to please email me the confirmation of authorization, as I have not yet received it and I will need it tomorrow to present to the hospital.
