Bad attitude, no service

I would rather support Bike Kings which is around the corner where they actually value their customers.

The shop attendant was really unfriendly, had a terrible attitude, showed absolutely no willingness to assist and had no concept of customer service. You lost 3 new customers, all wanting to buy our start-up gear. Also please explain how one buys a helmet without touching it because we were told not to in a very demeaning and rude tone.

We are newbies and are still learning which is why we ask questions, so it's really unprofessional to respond to a customer by saying 'obviously'. We are there to get help and advice, not sarcasm.

Will not revisit nor recommend anyone one to go there.
