Bad attitude, no service
I would rather support Bike Kings which is around the corner where they actually value their customers. The shop attendant was really unfriendly, had a terrible attitude, showed absolutely no willingness to assist and had no concept of customer service. You lost 3 new customers, all wanting to buy our start-up gear. Also please explain how one buys a helmet without touching it because we were told not to in a very demeaning and rude tone. We are newbies and are still learning which is why we ask questions, so it's really unprofessional to respond to a customer by saying 'obviously'. We are there to get help and advice, not sarcasm. Will not revisit nor recommend anyone one to go there.

unethical sales rep
I received a call at 11:28 this morning from a sales rep by the name of Deon(I could be mistaken). he quoted me on a contact for a laptop and a new line. firstly i mentioned numerous times that i want to research the device before signing up. i asked him to give me an hour to review this and called me back. he then said he'll send through an email with the details. I have not received anything as yet. Secondly, i told him that i do not want to initiate any application and he assured me that this does not initiate anything. to my surprise I received an sms stating that they device is being processed and is with the couriers after i told him that i am still undecided about 100 times. thirdly, he advised that he will get a colleague to call me as i mentioned that i do not want a new line but rather upgrade me existing line. no one has contacted me lastly, when trying to cancel the order i'm being told that it's too late as the courier company is already involved and i'll have to reject delivery . this is completely unethical and is implicating me financially furthermore i need to take time out of my day to sort out someone else's issue that arose from unethical conduct i would like the call reviewed, my unauthorized order cancelled and details of how this will be handled. the contact in question is 0636874382 i have to say the lady that assisted with attempting to cancel this was very helpful, her name was Nokukhanya
