I took in my car on Monday the 24th 2024 and I received a message in disassembled stage for two days. Then on Wednesday no communication. Then Thursday the car is in workshop then boom still waiting for authorisation from the insurance coz there is more damage to the car when the strip the car also that I had to find out when I called them and the lady in reception promise to give me to call back on Friday until there were off line around 3:30 no phone calls. She also have nerve to ask me why I don't have car hire on my insurance imagine. So how long it takes to fixed a bumper? I am going there on Monday I was to see the damage besides the one was authorised by the insurance. The car I am using it to go to work now I have use Ubers that costly. So they delay the process to sponge money from the insurance. I can even share pictures to see the damage was not that big now they making it big just to take time and sponge money from insurance. The trust I have with them it gone I wouldn't recommend this group to anyone.
